Accepted Forms of Payment

Simple Speech Therapy accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Private pay aka cash pay

  • Step Up For Students FES-UA scholarship

  • FSA/HSA cards

As a courtesy, we are able to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. At this time, we do not accept any insurance plans. Families often find that our rates are comparable or cheaper than co-pays. Please give us a call for further information.

How do I get my child scheduled for services? 

Step 1: Give us a call at (407) 900- 4474​.

Please call us prior to coming to our office. To protect the privacy of our clients, we cannot offer office tours as our offices are used 100% of the time by our clients and we do not utilize a traditional receptionist. Watch a short video of our office tour HERE.  Office tours can be found on our Instagram account @simplespeechtherapy. All questions and intake can be answered via telephone.

Step 2: Discuss the needs of your child and family.

Step 3: Discuss payment options. We currently accept private payment, Step Up FES-UA, and HSA/FSA cards. 

​

Step 4: Determine a good day/time for an evaluation and/or therapy.

​

Step 5: Complete our intake process over the phone that takes approximately 10 minutes and pay a 50% deposit to reserve your first session.

​

Step 6: Get ready for your first session by reviewing our policies, signing your intake documents and getting to know your therapist with our "Meet the Therapist" documents that we send to everyone.

How do I pay for services?

Simple Speech Therapy policies require that families leave a credit card on file. We then charge the card after each session.

If you utilize the Step Up for Students FES-UA scholarship, we will invoice using the Legacy or EMA systems.
